Rosa’s Thai Cafe partnered with Yumpingo, a restaurant intelligence platform, to make better data-driven decisions and improve both sales and guest experience. The London-based restaurant group wanted to move beyond gut feel and use real customer feedback to understand value perception, pricing, and overall performance across its menu.
Using Yumpingo’s customer review and insights data, Rosa’s Thai Cafe identified underperforming starters and sides and lowered prices on selected dishes. This led to a 5% net sales increase in six weeks, a 13% rise in unit sales of the price-reduced dishes, a 7% lift in guests ordering starters and sides, a 16% improvement in perceived value, and 5% more drink sales revenue, delivering a 6x ROI on Yumpingo. Over six months, Yumpingo also helped drive NPS from 62 to 79.
