To support its team, the company looked for a way to improve mental health and engagement, and turned to YuLife’s employee benefits and wellbeing app.

YuLife helped Belvoir Leamington Spa introduce incentives for exercise and mindfulness, alongside life insurance, will-writing, and employee assistance support. The results were strong: 96% of employees downloaded and engaged with the app, 92% were active in the past 30 days, and the team averaged 4,539 daily steps. YuLife also helped rebuild team spirit and encouraged healthier habits, with walking and meditation challenges proving especially popular.
