Partnering To Reinforce Protect and Engage Employees

Havas Media Group partnered with YuLife during the pandemic to reinforce its employee wellbeing strategy. The communications group wanted to understand how lockdown was affecting staff habits and how to redesign work around wellbeing, while supporting employees with better health and mental wellness resources. YuLife’s app was used as part of a trial for a small group of employees to track and encourage healthier behaviors.

YuLife’s solution combined wellbeing engagement tools with insights from app activity, including steps, meditation, counselling, life coaching, nutrition support, and a virtual 24/7 GP. The trial showed strong results: 67% of employees downloaded the app, 55% engaged monthly, average daily steps reached 5,364 in Q4, and 60–70% of members were meditating. Havas later rolled out YuLife company-wide to 2,200 staff, helped by evidence that mindfulness minutes among 18–29-year-olds grew 211% post-pandemic and that employees were reestablishing active habits.
