Drewberry, an independent insurance intermediary and wealth management firm, wanted to give employees added value alongside its existing Group Life Insurance policy. Looking for a way to improve staff physical health and mental wellbeing, the company turned to YuLife and its employee benefits app.

YuLife provided Drewberry with a gamified Group Life Insurance solution that includes step tracking, meditation and mindfulness challenges, and rewards through YuCoin. The results so far have been strong: 87% of staff downloaded and engage with the app, average activity reached 5,428 steps per day per team member, and users completing meditation logged 73 minutes per week on average, alongside rising participation in mindfulness and walking challenges.
