tiney, the edtech childcare company, was growing rapidly and needed a more effective employee wellbeing strategy that could support a distributed team’s mental, physical, and financial health. To meet that need, tiney chose YuLife as its life insurance provider, alongside access to employee wellbeing tools and mental health support.

YuLife implemented a gamified wellbeing app, Group Life Insurance, YuMatter EAP support, and Smart Health virtual GP access, helping tiney encourage healthy habits and provide proactive care. The results have been strong: 86% of employees downloaded and engaged with the app, average activity reached 8,000 steps per person per day, and the team actively participated in challenges, leaderboards, yoga, and virtual wellbeing events.
