With YugabyteDB, Xignite deployed 4 fully managed clusters handling 11+ TB of data across 240 cores and 21 nodes in a single-region, multi-zone AWS environment. The solution delivered easy scale-out, high-performance reads and writes, scan-resistant caching, and zero-downtime upgrades, while cutting database costs by about 50% versus SQL Server. YugabyteDB also simplified operations and gave Xignite the flexibility to support both real-time and reference/fundamental data workloads across its DaaS and MDMaaS offerings.
