The incident exposed how difficult it was to locate staff, communicate quickly, and protect employee safety during a crisis, prompting them to work with YUDU and its Sentinel platform.

YUDU built a mobile-first Sentinel app for Farrer & Co to support crisis messaging, staff check-ins, offline access to continuity documents, and an employee directory. The app lets administrators send mass messages in under 2 minutes via in-app messaging, SMS, and email, while the roll-call system prioritizes unaccounted-for staff; it also improved day-to-day internal communication across the firm.
