Linkbynet secures cloud environments with YubiKeys

Linkbynet, a France-based cloud consulting, cybersecurity and managed services firm (part of Accenture), needed to strengthen authentication as customers moved to cloud and SaaS platforms. The main challenge was to implement a single, phishing-resistant MFA solution that worked for system administrators and customers across many platforms and applications.

Linkbynet deployed YubiKey 5 NFC and the Yubico Authenticator (PIV and FIDO2) in a two-phase rollout—enabling MFA across GCP, AWS and Alicloud via ADFS/Keycloak for 600 technical users in phase one, with broader staff rollout planned. The solution delivered simple tap-and-go authentication, wide compatibility, reduced IT/support costs and an optimized TCO, while securing customer access to cloud infrastructures and improving user adoption.
