Global Banking Group, one of the world’s largest banking groups, needed to streamline the manual financial analysis work required for annual credit reviews and new credit requests. Yseop helped the retail banking division’s credit analysts spend less time on repetitive commentary around financial statements and more time applying their expertise to the company’s business and market context.
Yseop implemented its NLG solution to automate comments and analyses on financial statement figures, while also generating alerts to flag key variations for deeper review. The solution automated about 25% of the annual review document, saved around 30 minutes per analysis, and supported a team producing roughly 16,000 reports each year with more than 200 analysts.
