Qello Concerts Delivers a Personalized Experience

Qello Concerts is an OTT streaming service with the world’s largest collection of HD concerts and music documentaries, available on mobile and big‑screen platforms and used by over 3.2 million people in 190 countries. Qello wanted to surface partner‑specific, curated content on first app open but lacked attribution and deep‑linking support from its existing tracking provider, preventing links from partners (and installs via the app store) from carrying the metadata needed to personalize the app experience.

By integrating the Yozio SDK, Qello enabled links from its QelloCast partners to pass deep‑linking parameters through installs so the app can display partner‑relevant content on first open and track referral sources. The integration was quick and allowed better campaign analytics; Qello reported a 393% increase in installs, 174% increase in registrations and a 416% increase in subscriptions for campaigns, along with lower bounce rates and improved partner performance insights.
