Salatsjoppan, a health food restaurant in Iceland, wanted a better way to attract new customers, keep existing ones engaged, and increase the average basket size of loyal shoppers. To address this, they worked with Yoyo and its Yoyo Go loyalty product.

Yoyo helped Salatsjoppan launch its own loyalty programme through Yoyo Go to reward customers and boost lifetime value. The programme delivered 474 unique users by the third month, with Yoyo Go users accounting for 37% of all transactions and generating a 5% higher average transaction value than non-users.
