The customer, YSA Solutions, a Germany-based developer of an online reservation platform with over 150 employees, faced challenges with infrastructure stability and development speed as their user base grew. They engaged YourServerAdmin to migrate their monolithic Ruby on Rails application from approximately 50 bare-metal servers into AWS.

YourServerAdmin designed and implemented a modern solution, splitting the monolith into Docker-based microservices orchestrated with ECS Fargate. They built a complete AWS infrastructure using services including RDS Aurora MySQL, ALB, and CloudFront, all managed as code with Terraform. The vendor successfully migrated all data and traffic, resulting in a reliable, scalable infrastructure that allowed for faster issue resolution and immediate reaction to user feature requests through a new CI/CD pipeline.
