The Congress of Neurological Surgeons, a leading organization for neurosurgery education, needed to migrate off a legacy learning platform that lacked robust testing, integration and a mobile-friendly interface for its tech‑savvy membership. YourMembership was engaged to deliver the ymlearning LMS/learning portal (including its Survey + Testing Engine and course development services) to meet those needs.

YourMembership led a month-long discovery and a three‑month implementation, designing and launching a linked learning portal, migrating assessments, creating custom analytics reports, and integrating the LMS via API with the client’s AMS (Aptify), CMS (Sitecore), ecommerce and BI systems. The portal went live on time and on budget, delivered strong positive feedback from learners, enabled real‑time enrollment and CE/grade/certificate tracking back to the AMS, and positioned CNS to expand programming (including a planned neurosurgery wiki).
