Shell needed to replace slow, paper-based Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) data collection with a faster, more reliable way to capture and act on field safety information. Working with Youreka, Shell looked for a mobile, Salesforce-native forms and assessment solution that could improve visibility into offshore risks and help protect workers in real time.

Youreka helped Shell implement SOAR (Safety Observation and Reporting), a Salesforce-based, offline-capable mobile reporting tool integrated with Einstein, dashboards, APIs, and third-party systems like Cyberhawk. The result was a 35x increase in safety inspections, 200 new users with zero training hours, a 99% decrease in data processing time, and 14,000 HSSE reports in the year after deployment, with zero safety incidents reported on Youreka.
