With Youreka, Diversey deployed configurable templates tailored to the service environment, guided data-capture processes, and a centrally managed form architecture for consistent global reporting. The result was more than 1,000 guided interactions each week, 200 unique form templates live, and 4,300 end users across the globe, helping Diversey improve data quality and support sales expansion.
