Bosch bridges giving and volunteering efforts at locations across U.S. with Blackbaud’s YourCause

Bosch in North America, with roughly 18,000 associates across nearly 100 U.S. locations, needed a cohesive corporate social responsibility program to replace fragmented, manual processes for employee giving and volunteering. To streamline and align efforts—especially around STEM education and FIRST Robotics—Bosch selected YourCause (Blackbaud’s YourCause) as the cloud-based platform to centralize sign-ups, donations, and event management.

Using YourCause (piloted in 2019 and rolled out companywide within a year), Bosch implemented volunteer scheduling, online donations (credit card, payroll deduction, and company-funded Cause Cards), campaign management, and analytics. The platform eliminated manual errors, improved efficiency and engagement, and scaled programs like FIRST Robotics—resulting in 122 events, 1,314 signups, and 23,707 logged volunteer hours in 2019 alone.
