Global Management Consulting Firm, a large global advisory company with 78 offices in 43 countries, wanted to modernize its video collaboration environment so employees could easily connect from anywhere on any device. Its legacy video conferencing was inflexible, complex, and limited to office-based users, so the firm partnered with Yorktel for a secure, mobile-friendly managed video service.

Yorktel designed, built, and runs the new environment using Vidyo-based video managed services and private cloud hosting, with infrastructure in Yorktel’s data centers in the US, UK, and Singapore. The rollout has already given access to more than 7,000 employees, with 10,000+ active users planned, and has driven 12x more conferences per month than similar legacy room-only deployments, plus over 400 meetings per helpdesk ticket.
