WKI Kenworth Drives Forward with New Invoice Process

WKI Kenworth, a U.S. heavy-duty truck dealership with 250 employees using the Karmak ERP, was processing about 5,000 invoices monthly but struggled with an underperforming AP system—roughly 400–500 invoices routinely went missing or unpaid, creating major productivity and visibility issues for its small accounting team. Accounting Manager Peggy Holden recognized the need for a new solution to stop the constant invoice chasing and inconsistent processes.

WKI Kenworth implemented Yooz’s AP automation platform (integrated with Karmak) after discovering Yooz at a Karmak conference and rolled it out in phases with Yooz’s support.
