Peterson Auto Group, Idaho’s largest privately owned auto dealership chain, needed a faster, more reliable way to manage about 2,500 invoices per month across five locations. Its AP team was stuck with paper invoices, manual data entry, physical document routing, and a slow approval process that made it difficult to track invoice status and get signatures efficiently.

To solve this, Peterson Auto Group implemented Yooz AP Automation, powered by CDK Global, to automate invoice capture, GL coding, approval workflows, and payment processing. With Yooz, invoice entry dropped from about five minutes to 15 seconds or less, approval time fell from 45 minutes to five minutes, and the dealership cut bill-paying work down to about 15 minutes a day.
