Shelor Motor Mile, a multi-location automotive dealership with over 400 employees, needed to expand its paperless initiative into Accounts Payable so mobile staff could create purchase requests and approve or send invoices from any device. Controller Molly Boothe, a CDK user, selected Yooz to provide a cloud-based AP automation solution that would enable mobile approvals, better invoice tracking, and a move away from paper processes.

Yooz implemented an end-to-end P2P automation platform—configuring intuitive, mobile workflows, automated reminders, electronic document storage and automated GL coding—while a Yooz project manager worked closely with Shelor for a smooth rollout. The result: Shelor eliminated paper in AP, gained real-time visibility and traceability, sped up approvals across departments, and cut month‑end close time from ten days to about two (an ~80% reduction).
