Thirteen global teams were scored on dimensions like prompt engineering and technical accuracy, providing leaders with actionable data. The results showed that teams with strong prompt engineering skills scored 5-6 points higher on average, giving the organization clear insights into performance gaps and a roadmap for targeted coaching.
