Case Study: Maison 123 achieves consistent in-store execution and 2-hour compliance checks with YOOBIC

A YOOBIC Case Study

How the fashion retailer Maison 123 improved consistency across its store network

Maison 123, the premium fashion brand of the Etam Group (305 stores worldwide, 175 in France), faced inconsistent visual merchandising and slow field validation: window and in-store displays change every 1–2 weeks, but with only 10 regional managers and 2 visual merchandisers it could take 1–3 weeks to check stores and more than 10 days to collect POS and equipment inventories. To gain real-time oversight and improve execution, Maison 123 selected the YOOBIC platform (YOOBIC app).

YOOBIC was deployed across all 175 French stores and used by store teams, regional managers, visual merchandisers and HQ to send guidelines, capture photos, run checklists and collect inventory data. As a result, regional compliance checks dropped from up to 3 weeks to just 2 hours remotely, inventory collection fell from >10 days to 24 hours, and Maison 123 achieved higher quality execution, consistent in-store customer experience and faster, clearer communication—thanks to YOOBIC.
