After an unsuccessful trial with another provider, the company looked for a simpler, more user-friendly spend management tool and selected Yokoy’s Expense, Pay, and Lodge Card products.

Yokoy implemented a more automated spend management setup, supported by ERP and VAT recovery integrations, to streamline travel and expense processing across Stadler’s entities. As a result, Stadler’s finance team became 3.5 times more efficient and reduced process costs by 83%, lowering the estimated cost per expense report from CHF 120 to around CHF 20.
