Library Frederiksberg boosts awareness of digital library resources with Yoke’s 3 interactive installations

The customer, Library Frederiksberg, faced the challenge of making patrons aware of its vast range of digital resources. To address this, the Danish Public Libraries initiated a national project called The Digital in the Physical, and they partnered with vendor Yoke to develop innovative solutions.

Yoke designed several interactive installations, including the modular "Klogskabet" system with audio players and touchscreens, "The interactive book" touch-sensitive table, and the playful "Bladkiosken" newsstand application. These solutions transformed the libraries' physical spaces into gateways for digital content, successfully providing users with information and services they previously did not know were available.
