Fred Astaire Franchised Dance Studios (Longmeadow, MA) faced inconsistent local marketing across franchisees, which made the brand uneven and prevented corporate from measuring campaign success. After evaluating vendors, corporate selected Yodle to provide a centralized marketing resource that would enforce brand consistency, drive calls and emails to each studio, and deliver measurable results.
Yodle built a FADS-branded website, ran targeted paid-search campaigns, claimed Google and Bing Maps listings, provided an online reporting dashboard, and assigned dedicated marketing consultants. Fifteen studios now use the service; since October 2011 Yodle generated over 975 phone calls and emails at a cost of about $23 per lead, improved brand consistency through customizable AdverSites, and gave managers real-time access to performance data that reduced training costs.
