Doctors Express, a nationwide urgent-care franchise, needed a centralized online marketing solution that still let individual franchisees choose their own tactics. Corporate found it difficult to measure performance across many vendors and, after a referral from a sister franchise, engaged Yodle to deliver a platform that met each location’s needs while giving corporate visibility into results.
