Agile team pushing the boundaries and developed ultra energy-efficient vehicle using Yodiz

The University of Applied Sciences Vorarlberg's student team, Elena, faced the challenge of designing and building an ultra energy-efficient electric vehicle from scratch for a major international competition. With limited time, no prior institutional knowledge, and team members working part or full time, they needed a disciplined yet flexible approach to manage significant internal and external risks without compromising on scope or quality. They turned to the agile project management tool Yodiz to help them manage the project.

Using Yodiz's platform, which included features for backlog management, sprint boards, and time reporting, the team implemented a rigorous agile methodology. This provided full visibility into tasks, enabled efficient time management, and helped the self-organized team minimize waste and maximize efficiency. The solution was a success, as Team Elena completed their detailed project on schedule and was ready to compete in the Shell Eco-marathon.
