Argos, the £4bn-turnover retailer, needed better visibility into instore customers and cash basket transactions, which made up around 45% of sales by value. Yocuda was brought in to work with Argos’s existing IT infrastructure and provide digital receipts, customer engagement, and automated product support content.

Yocuda rolled out eReceipts across Argos’s entire estate after a trial with store managers and colleagues, adding permission-based real-time dashboards to support collaboration and transaction visibility. The program has identified tens of millions of unique customers linked to transactions, while emailed receipts have achieved about a 70% open rate and driven measurable incremental sales, including up to 25% in certain lifestyle segments.
