The Beauty Clinic by Shoppers Drug Mart, a large enterprise clinic in the Toronto area, was relying on an older CRM and manual processes for scheduling, reminders, and paper-based forms, which slowed staff down and limited online booking. The clinic needed a more efficient way to manage appointments, securely centralize client information, and support online services during the Covid-19 period. Yocale provided online scheduling and CRM capabilities to help modernize the client and staff experience.
Yocale implemented its booking widget, cloud-based CRM, electronic forms, dashboards, and smart matching tools to support online bookings, multi-location scheduling, resource-based booking rules, and automated reminders. The results included online bookings rising from 0 to 13% within three months, overall online bookings increasing to over 28%, after-hours and weekend bookings climbing to 34%, and 49% of online bookings coming from new clients after one year. Yocale also helped reduce no-shows, improve productivity, and cut administrative work by eliminating paper forms and manual booking tasks.
