AAA Ohio worked with Yocale to modernize appointment scheduling and client management for its travel agents. Before Yocale, bookings and internal activities were handled with pen and paper plus Outlook calendars, which created inefficient scheduling, limited booking options, and a fragmented member experience across multiple branches.

Yocale implemented its enterprise scheduling calendar, online booking widget, CRM, form capture, and Outlook synchronization to centralize scheduling and make booking available online and after hours. The results included a 74% reduction in no-shows, a 32% increase in weekend and after-hour bookings, and online bookings rising from 0 to 12% within two months and to over 27% within one year.
