The Association for Women in Science (AWIS) sought to create a new member benefit to attract potential members and generate non-dues revenue by hosting its first virtual career fair. This allowed AWIS to focus its efforts on promoting the event across its membership and social media channels. The vendor's solution was highly successful, resulting in a 28% increase in web traffic, 66 new members, and non-dues revenue that exceeded goals by 20%. The event attracted over 400 registered job seekers and 13 employer booths. Due to this positive impact, YM Careers helped AWIS establish a new, bi-annual virtual career fair.
