Annual Career Fair Member Engagement Increases by 120%

The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) needed to help employers in the engineering and technology sectors overcome the difficulty of hiring niche, qualified talent, as recruiters lacked the time and resources to interview a sufficient number of candidates. To address this, SWE partnered with YM Careers to implement a Virtual Career Fair solution.

YM Careers provided SWE with a comprehensive package including their virtual career fair platform, sales support, and marketing services to promote the event and sell employer booths. The solution was a tremendous success, resulting in SWE's most successful virtual event. The event achieved a 66% attendance rate, a 120% increase in registered job seekers, and facilitated over 1930 chats between candidates and employers from over 31 companies.
