Uhr.de is the online watch store for Klitsch, a German jewellery and watch retailer with over 120 years’ heritage. Selling high‑value watches and jewellery online proved difficult: customers were hesitant to buy big‑ticket items, leading to high site abandonment and fierce competition for attention.
Yieldify used behavioural segmentation and exit‑intent overlays to serve tailored incentives—discounts matched to visitor type (window shopper vs cart abandoner), product category and basket value—to protect margins while encouraging purchases. The campaigns significantly reduced abandonment and boosted conversions: +53% conversion from abandoning visitors, +127% tablet uplift for window shoppers (+69% across all devices) and +73% uplift for cart abandoners.
