Staysure, an award‑winning UK travel insurer, wanted to lift conversions for annual multi‑trip and single‑trip policies by reducing quote abandonment. They needed a simple, low‑complexity way to recover users showing exit intent during the online quote process.
Yieldify implemented exit‑intent overlays tailored to different form stages that combined reassurance messaging, small discounts and prominent call‑centre numbers to encourage users to continue the online flow or call for a quote. In a six‑week sample 32.17% of abandoning visitors engaged with the overlays, 23.6% of those clickers completed the quote, and the campaign delivered a 10:1 ROI.
