Vinomofo, an Australian wine club built from a social network for wine lovers, wanted to lift customer acquisition by improving its sign-up journey. Moving beyond a one-size-fits-all approach, the team sought to personalize experiences by segmenting visitors (new, returning, returning clients) and delivering more relevant incentives and messages at the right moment.

Working with Yieldify, Vinomofo deployed behavioural segmentation and tailored tactics — a $15 first-order incentive auto-applied for new visitors, reminders for returning subscribers, premium-service and happiness-guarantee messaging for clients, and time/day-targeted free-delivery promotions. The program drove a 136% increase in first-order coupon usage, a 34% conversion uplift for new visitors, a 29% uplift for returning visitors, and an overall ~11% conversion-rate improvement, plus strong engagement on targeted offers.
