We Are FSTVL is a UK dance festival for 50,000 fans that competes in an increasingly saturated live-music ticketing market. The organiser needed to deliver relevant, timely messages across the website to boost ticket sales, grow its email database and reassure international visitors during the customer journey.

Working with Yieldify, We Are FSTVL used targeted overlays, group-offer campaigns, exit-intent videos, countdown timers, geotargeted messages and visual A/B tests to nudge visitors toward purchase. The campaigns drove a 64% uplift in conversions, a 73% increase in leads captured, a 20% uplift from animated drink-token overlays, 33% higher click-throughs from autoplay video, and an 82% uplift on tablet from countdown timers, while group offers sent the most traffic to the festival’s Eventbrite page.
