How Scribbler used Yieldify to capture leads and boost conversions

Scribbler is a UK greeting-card retailer with 30+ stores that launched ecommerce in 2011. Facing changing consumer habits—especially among millennials who increasingly prefer digital messages—Scribbler needed to simplify and personalise its online buying experience to capture leads, increase sales and build loyalty.

Using the Yieldify Conversion Platform and CJO expertise, Scribbler ran targeted exit-intent overlays: a 10% first-order offer to capture emails, real‑time Dynamic Promotions to boost basket value (free delivery over £5), and discovery overlays to re-engage returning visitors. In three months Yieldify influenced over 19,000 sales, nearly 3,000 from the first-order campaign, captured +750 leads (+17.09% uplift in leads), and delivered 1,000+ sales from dynamic promotions and 750+ from returning‑visitor re-engagement.
