Rum21 is a Swedish furniture and home furnishings retailer founded as a family business in 2006. Facing heavy “showrooming” — mobile shoppers who research in-store then leave to buy elsewhere — Rum21 needed a way to re-engage exit-intent visitors so they would stay, convert and not defect to competitors.
Yieldify deployed targeted exit overlays and campaigns (email-capture discounts for new visitors, brand-promotional overlays for returners, checkout USPs and Cyber Week countdowns) that integrated seamlessly into the site. Results included a +106% conversion lift and +100% email capture for new-customer offers, +107% conversion for brand promotion, +62% conversion on checkout-exit messaging, and a Cyber Week boost of +35.9% conversion with +19% average order value.
