Kiehl’s, the long-standing premium skincare brand, wanted to recreate its in-store experience online — conveying its sampling policy, expert service and brand USPs while reducing cart abandonment and lifting conversion and average order value across markets. Kiehl’s Spain partnered with Yieldify to translate those offline touchpoints into personalized online journeys.
Yieldify deployed Dynamic Promotions, exit‑intent overlays and targeted corner notifications to show free‑shipping thresholds, highlight USPs (72‑hour delivery, free samples, 28‑day guarantee) and offer sample incentives. The campaigns delivered substantial uplifts — up to +77.6% conversion and +32.6% AOV — with additional wins including +57.1% and +33.3% conversion uplifts and a +4.2% increase in AOV on sampling offers.
