HYLETE is a community-driven, direct-to-consumer sportswear brand founded in 2012 that competes in a crowded $44B US fitness market. The company needed a way to clearly surface exclusive pricing, promotions and its free-return shipping USP to its community to drive conversions, increase average order value (AOV) and reduce checkout abandonment.
HYLETE partnered with Yieldify to deploy on-site Progress Bar notifications that visualized tiered discounts and targeted Overlays (testing still image vs video) that highlighted free returns. The approach lifted mobile AOV by 4.8% and the video overlay drove a 42.2% uplift in conversions versus the control, helping customers spend more and complete checkout.
