How Domino’s Pizza used Yieldify to capture emails and increase conversions

Domino’s Pizza — where 67% of UK sales occur online — partnered with Yieldify to tackle high basket abandonment and lift on-site conversion rates. The goal was to capture more email leads, increase average order values and convert both new and returning visitors more effectively.

Yieldify deployed dynamic “stretch and save” overlays that tailored messaging to basket value: a 25% off offer for first-time visitors and a three-tiered incentive for returners (<£15: 15% off when you spend £15; £15–£17: eligibility message; >£30: £10 off). The first-time campaign drove a 14% uplift in conversion and a 9% rise in AOV in April and captured 58,000 email leads that month (peaking at 65,000+ in August); the returning-customer campaign lifted conversions by 16% in April, delivering higher AOVs, new customers and strong ROI.
