Pep Boys, a century-old automotive retail and service chain with more than 800 locations and over 26 million Rewards members, needed a way to keep its brand top of mind for local customers and ensure accurate, engaging digital listings across search engines, maps, directories, and social networks. Yext’s dashboard allowed centralized, real-time updates and direct responses to customer posts, helping Pep Boys track over 9,300 Instagram posts and 60,000 Facebook check-ins, identify influencers, engage employees and customers, resolve issues faster, and grow local brand engagement and audience reach.
