Premier Inn, the U.K.’s largest hotel chain with over 700 locations and more than 60,000 rooms, faced a growing challenge: mobile-first guests and complex metasearch channels meant the brand needed accurate, consistent digital information at scale. Manually managing Google My Business and other directories was time-consuming, error-prone (73% address errors pre-Yext), and unsustainable as Premier Inn expanded formats like hub and entered new markets.
Premier Inn deployed Yext’s Knowledge Engine and PowerListings to centrally manage listings, Google My Business, reviews and social pages. Yext launched 350 U.K. locations initially, added 4,840 listings (a 55% net increase), corrected 16,539 addresses, and uploaded thousands of URLs, photos and descriptions. The result was stronger local search visibility, improved Google Hotel Ads performance, easier review monitoring and engagement, and a measurable lift in impressions, clicks and bookings.
