La Poste Group needed a more efficient way to manage the accuracy and visibility of its vast network of locations online, including sales points, parcel pickup and drop-off points, and mailboxes. With more than 272,000 entities across 18 entity types, the company faced the challenge of keeping information updated across many digital channels. Yext helped La Poste Group use its Knowledge Graph to centralize and manage this data.
Using Yext Knowledge Graph, Connectors, and APIs, Yext enabled La Poste Group to push updates from a single source of truth to multiple digital endpoints like Google, Apple Maps, and Amazon Alexa. Since the partnership began in January 2021, La Poste Group has made over 93 million content updates in Yext, reaching three times more access points and saving over 1 million work-hours per month compared with a manual process.
