Accor, the global hospitality group behind Accor Live Limitless, needed a way to strengthen digital visibility, reduce reliance on paid channels, and manage search and destination content across thousands of locations and languages. Working with Yext and its listings and pages solutions, Accor aimed to turn its brand data into a stronger AI-driven search strategy that could help customers find and choose its hotels more easily.

Yext implemented 100,000 landing pages in 18 languages for 3,000 destinations in just six months, while also supporting real-time hotel status updates during the pandemic. The results were significant: Listings impressions rose 30% over two years, website clicks from Listings grew 38% year over year, destination page conversion rates doubled, and the new pages generated 109% more Google impressions with a 103% higher click-through rate in the first two years.
