Ochsner Health, the leading nonprofit healthcare provider in the Gulf South, needed a better way to deliver accurate, real-time search experiences for patients across its website. In 2024, it brought in Yext and began using Yext Knowledge Graph to improve “Find a doctor” search, as well as location search and global site search, while also supporting its SEO and AI search strategy.
Yext implemented Knowledge Graph to automate workflows, surface more relevant results, and keep structured data current through schema markup. The result was a smarter, more scalable search experience that improved patient access to information, strengthened visibility in Google, and enhanced the overall online experience for Ochsner Health’s community members.
