With hundreds of studios to maintain and around 6,000 reviews coming in each month, its manual processes had become too time-consuming and difficult to scale. The company turned to Yext and its platform to keep information accurate and improve visibility across digital channels.
Yext implemented a centralized solution for managing locations and reviews, giving all inclusive Fitness better automation and transparency. The result was immediate: Google search result impressions increased in the first quarter after launch, and club and regional managers gained real-time insight into customer sentiment so they could act sooner on issues that might affect cancellations. Yext is now supporting 193 studios, with plans to expand to 250 locations by 2028.
