Sorbet, a South African beauty brand with five sub-brands across hair, skin, nails, and grooming, needed a better way to manage its growing footprint and stay visible in both broad and niche local searches. Before working with Yext, Sorbet had no location or listing management system and struggled to centralize data, localize content, and manage reviews and social activity across thousands of listings.

Yext provided a centralized platform to manage Sorbet’s locations, franchise web pages, reviews, SEO, analytics, and social content from one dashboard. The results included a 0% YoY increase in Google “Get Directions” clicks, 0% YoY growth in unbranded “salon near me” searches, and a 0% YoY increase in 5-star reviews, with 81% of all reviews now 5 stars and average rating rising from 4.16 to 4.45.
