Westfield Labs, the digital innovation arm of a major global mall operator, faced the challenge of transforming outdated mall directories into an interactive experience under an aggressive deadline. Partnering with Yeti, they needed to develop a scalable kiosk platform that could be customized for multiple locations, a task complicated by the need to overhaul an existing project built on a deprecated framework.

Yeti rebuilt the kiosk software using React, creating a reusable component structure and a configurable administrative portal integrated with mapping software. This solution allowed Westfield to successfully deploy over a hundred kiosks across four flagship centers. The kiosks now engage thousands of shoppers daily, providing seamless navigation and unlocking a wider roadmap for future rollouts across their portfolio.
