The solution involved Yeti building "The Smile Album," a custom platform using Hygraph for content management. It featured a seamless photo submission flow with a camera guide and integrated legal agreements, a moderation system for staff, and dynamic progress tracking. This effort helped Smile Train successfully set the Guinness World Record with 21,274 unique photos, creating a powerful awareness campaign that drove donations to fund life-changing cleft surgeries for children.
